The second phase of a three-phase mixed-use development for this large communications services group, this new campus brings together 26 WPP group companies and more than 3,000 people, helping to revitalize Shanghai’s Zhabei business district. Comprising a 150-meter highrise tower incorporating office, retail and amenity space, along with five podium floors housing retail and parking, this building sets a new standard of design quality to appeal to tenants and passers-by alike. Setting it apart are its elegant podium and crown, incomparable views and adjacent public park space — a feature that is particularly appealing in an area where green space is rare.
