After years of continued growth, Xenia was looking for a new space that would enhance the way its employees work, and better support both company culture and their mission as a hospitality-focused REIT. The design is informed by the diverse experiences available in resort and hospitality projects, and organized around the concept that each new destination — offices, work bullpens, conference rooms, collaboration zones and break rooms — should be accessible in 50 steps or less.
