What are the cultural conditions for innovation within organizations?

We analyzed the conditions that enable and disable creativity and innovation in organizational settings. To complete this research, we conducted interviews with a wide range of subject matter experts, including CEOs, innovation instigators, people leaders, consultants, practitioners, and professors. We then conducted culture strategy projects with three clients. Finally, after completing an extensive literature review, we created a survey question set focused on workplace culture and reviewed responses from over 6,000 participants.
