Ambrose Aliaga-Kelly, AIA

Technical Director, Principal

Ambrose is recognized for his knowledge of Manhattan’s commercial office buildings and his ability to evaluate and optimize new and existing buildings with tenants in mind. For Related/Oxford Properties’ Hudson Yards development, Ambrose served as the “voice of the tenant,” to ensure that the buildings were flexible, efficient, and attractive to prospective occupants. The success of projects including the renovation of the Ford Foundation Building in New York and the new campus for the Clark Art Institute in Massachusetts relied heavily on his skills and leadership. Ambrose participated in the review of IBC building codes for New York and is on the advisory board for the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture. He also serves on the AIA New York City Codes Committee. His award-winning projects have been featured in publications including Interior Design and Sustain Magazine.
