Annabella Koloskov, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Annabella is a Healthcare Planning Director in Gensler’s Houston office. She brings nearly four decades of experience shaping healthcare environments that advance patient care and support clinical excellence. With a lifelong connection to medicine and formal training in biology, chemistry, and architecture, Annabella integrates clinical insight with strategic planning to create human-centered, operationally efficient spaces. Her expertise spans systemwide master planning, programming, schematic design, and construction documentation.

Grounded in evidence-based and LEAN design principles, Annabella partners with clients to balance efficiency, flexibility, and well-being for patients, families, and staff. Known for her empathetic and collaborative approach, she helps organizations reimagine the delivery of care and create resilient environments that serve their communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Houston Baptist University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston.
