A key member of the Boston office’s leadership team, Arlyn directs a studio that includes Gensler’s Consulting, Consumer Goods, Media, Corporate Campuses, and Technology practice areas. She is also a member of the Firmwide Management Committee. A past co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Campuses Practice Area, Arlyn’s expertise is advising major corporations on the evolving role of the work environment and its ability to enhance business performance and support culture. Arlyn focuses her strengths in work process analysis and strategy development to uncover, synthesize and translate collected data into responsive environments. Her work has appeared in outlets such as The New York Times and Interior Design, and many of her projects — including Partners Healthcare Headquarters and the Tower at PNC Plaza in Pittsburgh — have earned awards from IIDA and Cornet, among others. Arlyn holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
