David Lynch, AIA

David is an award-winning architect with more than 30 years of experience. His career began in California where, upon graduating from University of California Berkeley, he went on to work for several high-profile design firms in the Bay Area. David moved to Austin in 1996 and began a 15-year stint with a top Austin design firm, working on a variety of corporate office, mixed-use, hospitality, multi-family residential, institutional, adaptive re-use, and historic renovation projects. Since joining Gensler in 2011, David has established himself as a highly sought after resource within the South Central region. He acted as Project Manager for some of Austin’s largest and most complex projects, including Domain Northside, Fairmont Austin Hotel, and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Expansion. David is a wealth of information, a tireless advocate for his clients, and constant mentor to his project teams.
