Elliott leads Gensler’s Sports Practice across the Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region, bringing over 16 years of global experience delivering high-performance stadiums, arenas, and entertainment venues that engage communities and drive cultural and economic impact. An Australian- and U.S.-licensed architect, Elliott has guided the creative vision and design delivery of transformative projects worldwide, including Melbourne Park Visioning in Australia and Live Nation’s Lima Arena in Peru.

A recognised leader in sports and entertainment design, Elliott focuses on integrating venue design with urban context and the broader fan experience to create destinations that perform year-round and resonate with local audiences. His portfolio spans professional sports facilities across all five major U.S. leagues, leading European football competitions, and major live entertainment venues, blending design, technology, and operational insight at every scale.
