Erin Lilly, RA

With over 30 years of experience, Erin is passionate about design co-creation, delivery excellence, and championing her colleagues to deliver user-centric projects that maximize public benefit. As Technical Director, Erin oversees the documentation and technical execution of Retail Centers and Mixed-Use projects in Gensler’s Southwest region.

Erin is currently leading the delivery of 50-plus retail and restaurant tenants across the five-building urban campus for IQHQ Research and Development District (RaDD). Erin was also the Senior Project Architect for the Los Angeles documentation team for The Hub on Causeway at the original Boston Garden and the seven-story shopping mall within the Guangzhou Football Stadium and executed the billion-dollar redevelopment of Westfield Century City. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, from the University of Virginia.
