Hung-Chih brings nearly 30 years of experience in urban design and planning, with expertise spanning the U.S., China, and Southeast Asia. He specializes in cross-disciplinary design integration, full-process urban action plans, and the assetization of urban public spaces. His extensive project experience enables him to pinpoint key urban development challenges and effectively combine global and local resources to create valuable deliverables for clients and the environment.
In the past two decades, Hung-Chih has worked extensively in China, holding key positions as Chairman of the Planning and Design Committee, UN-Habitat Consultant, and Member of the World Economic Forum’s Smart Cities Asian Action Committee. He also serves as an expert for Shanghai’s 2040 Master Plan, Senior Expert for the Chongming World-Class Ecological Island, and Deputy Chief Planner for Beijing’s Tongzhou Sub-center, continuously contributing to China’s urban development. Hung-Chih holds a Master’s in Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s of Architecture from ChengKung University.
