J.F. has devoted more than 30 years of professional experience to the leadership of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects that combine long-range vision with conscientious adherence to client goals and objectives. His extensive portfolio ranges from community master plans and transit facilities to international resorts and mixed-use developments. J.F. led the design of Las Vegas’ $8.4 billion CityCenter development, the largest privately funded project in the United States. He views mixed use as a scalable, intelligent solution to the utilization of land when creating multipurpose destinations. A featured speaker at numerous hospitality and transportation conferences, J.F. is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Public Transportation Association, and NAIOP. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
