Jennifer Ellis, IIDA, LEED AP, WELL AP

Jennifer has 20 years of professional experience in design, client engagement, workplace strategy and project leadership, supporting clients from a wide range of industries throughout New Jersey. As a NCIDQ certified designer, she is the perfect complement of design and strategy. Her highly collaborative process engages the client team to better understand their specific culture, spatial requirements and project vision. Jennifer develops real estate strategies, workplace programs, change management plans, layouts and universal design strategies that are uniquely informed by client engagement, peer benchmarking and research data. She is known for her enthusiasm to understand each client and project, and her desire to qualify the impact of emerging trends. Jenn is the Inclusive Design Champion for Gensler’s Morristown office and supports the firm’s inclusive design specialty across the northeast region. She is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology.
