As a driven Studio Director and Client Relationship leader in Gensler’s Seattle office, Jennifer leads a diverse range of projects, with a focus on technology, hospitality, aviation, sports, and retail crossover work through the lens of branded storytelling and experiences. She is sought after to manage highly complicated signage, wayfinding and branding processes, and scopes for public and private sector clients to help prepare key cities across the U.S. for major upcoming events. Jennifer is effective at guiding teams and clients by developing a project delivery approach that aligns with client business objectives and goals, while also inspiring and supporting the design team’s creative discovery process. She leads core competency training and skills development programs with Gensler’s Talent Development team to level up top tier leadership’s abilities to operate with deeper business acumen, cross cultural awareness, and increased confidence. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and received her Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University.
