By understanding how decisions ripple across teams and functions, she helps stakeholders identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and align around shared objectives. Her work spans strategic planning, budgeting, cross-functional initiatives, and organizational transformation, with a focus on fostering collaboration, creating clarity, driving engagement, and delivering lasting business impact. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
