Kelly Cathey, AIA

Kelly is a Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Nashville office with a record of building long-term client relationships, improving processes for successful project delivery, and enabling growth through sound operational practices. In three years at Gensler, she has worked across multiple markets, including office, retail, mixed-use, civic, and industrial, leading teams to deliver relevant, transformational project solutions while increasing profitability and growing market net revenue year after year. Kelly thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a specialty for driving decisions through effective communication and rigorous evaluation of possible outcomes. She is passionate about cultivating a culture where hard work, great ideas, and meaningful collaboration yield courageous design solutions. Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University’s School of Architecture.
