Mitch is Managing Director of Gensler’s La Crosse office and leads the firm’s Building Measurements team. For over a decade, he has been instrumental in the growth and impact of area measurement services on client relationships. He believes in the power of accurate measurement data and industry standards to drive a project’s financial performance. Mitch was deeply involved in the application of BOMA standards, drawing, and data integrity during Gensler’s production of BOMA reports for Phases 2 and 3 at Msheireb Downtown Doha. Mitch has focused his career on developing processes, tools, and methodologies for communicating area metrics to his clients. His portfolio encompasses thousands of buildings covering millions of square feet across the globe, and he has taken on leadership and education roles for BOMA’s Floor Measurement committee.
