Mitch is a Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s La Crosse office and leads the firm’s Building Measurements team. For over a decade, he has been instrumental in the growth and impact of area measurement services on client relationships. He believes in the power of accurate measurement data and industry standards to drive a project’s financial performance and inform real estate transactions. Mitch has focused his career on developing processes, tools, and methodologies for communicating area metrics to his clients. His portfolio encompasses hundreds of buildings covering millions of square feet across the globe. As a member of BOMA International’s Standard Methods of Floor Measurement committee, Mitch advises on the interpretation and application of the current standards and the direction of future iterations of the BOMA standards.
