Nick is Gensler Europe’s Critical Facilities Leader and a recognised industry expert in complex data centre and mission‑critical infrastructure. He brings extensive experience in the design and delivery of highly technical buildings, with a strong focus on design excellence, resilience, and scalability.

Having developed his career internationally across multiple sectors, Nick combines his design expertise with a practical, delivery‑led mindset. Since joining the firm, he has strengthened the firm’s Critical Facilities practice across Europe, supporting clients through every stage of development — from early feasibility and site strategy to construction and handover — with a focus on achieving successful project outcomes.

Nick is passionate about bridging strategy and delivery. He champions design and technical excellence and believes that clear communication and strong client relationships are essential to the successful delivery of mission-critical projects.
