Ray has over 20 years of experience in commercial design, specializing in workplace, retail, and hospitality practice areas. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading developers and multinational corporations across Asia, including Kerry Properties, Tencent, Hongkong Land, and Google. Based in Hong Kong, he now leads the Gensler Hong Kong office with a dynamic approach. His multicultural background and deep understanding of social behavior trends uniquely shape his design philosophy, enabling him to create spaces that are aesthetically compelling, culturally relevant, and aligned with clients’ brand identities.
