Human Resource Director, Principal
Sarah is the Human Resources Director for Gensler's New York Office. She partners with office and regional leadership on all HR functions, including performance management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, talent acquisition, staffing, immigration, and compensation.
Prior to her current role, Sarah was the Regional HR Manager for the Northeast and Latin America regions helping to grow the regions and was instrumental in opening new offices. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia and has achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
