Sumita Arora, RIBA, LEED GA

Sumita is a Principal and leader in Gensler’s Media practice area for the Southeast region. She leverages her diversity of experiences from a 20+ year career to deliver next-generation media projects. Her multidisciplinary expertise in campus planning, architecture, and workplace strategy and design allows her to develop integrated and adaptable spaces for today’s converged media environment. Having worked in Washington, D.C.; New York; London; and New Delhi, India, where she ran her own firm, Sumita understands how geography and culture influence design. Since joining Gensler in 2005, she has worked with many of the leading media organizations. Sumita earned her Bachelors in Architecture from C.E.P.T in Ahmedabad, India, and her Masters in Architecture from Syracuse University.
