Tom McGoldrick, AIA, CDT, NCARB, LEED® AP

Tom is a Studio Director who specializes in the management and implementation of large-scale workplace projects for health and wellness, consumer goods, financial services, and critical facilities clients. Leading both the client relationship and design management, Tom assumes multiple roles within projects of diverse geographies, sizes, and scales. Assembling multiple teams and practice area specialists across Gensler, Tom oversees the managerial, technical, and communication aspects of each project, from initial conceptual design through construction administration. As the Critical Facilities Leader for the Northeast Region, Tom has helped grow the practice across the firm. Tom’s notable clients include L’Oréal, Charter Communications, Equinix, New York University Langone Health System, and the New York Hotel Trades Council.
