Yun Hsueh is a Principal and Design Director at Gensler’s Shanghai office, with over 20 years of international architectural design experience. She holds a master’s degree in architecture and urban design (MAUD) from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Yun’s design practice spans multiple sectors, including architectural repositioning and adaptive reuse, corporate campuses, commercial office buildings, mixed-use developments, and hospitality etc. She is committed to a human-centered design philosophy, focusing on the seamless integration of architecture with urban fabric, and creating spaces that offer both a strong sense of experience and place. In addition, Yun actively engages in professional discussions through industry platforms, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), driving innovation and advancement in the design field.
