SHANGHAI — Gensler, the world’s leading architecture, design, and planning firm, has announced a key leadership appointment in the Greater China Region. Ray Bai, AIA, LEED AP, has been appointed Co-Regional Managing Principal of Gensler Greater China.

In this role, Ray Bai will lead Gensler’s regional strategy, drive business growth, and strengthen the firm’s presence across key markets while fostering collaboration across studios and practice areas. Simultaneously, the firm is actively expanding into emerging sectors, including Cities & Urban Design, Building Transformation & Adaptive Reuse, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education.

To support this growth, Gensler is investing in talent development and strategic hires to drive innovation, broaden practice area diversification, and deliver unparalleled value to clients across the region.
