Principal Global Investors asked Gensler to design a marketing suite for prospective brokers and tenants on the first floor of 200 Kimball Drive. To highlight the building’s potential, a series of full height, hanging partition panels anchor the lounge and café seating, and feature bold messaging and imagery. The hanging partitions and environmental graphics throughout the space delineate workstation locations, highlight building structure information, space-planning metrics, and create an activated, warm environment. Additionally, accent carpet and specialty lighting ground the “200 Kimball” collaboration space, where presentations are held.
