Beckman Coulter: Brand Design
In a move to reduce unused real estate and improve its work environment to remain competitive and attract new talent, Beckman Coulter engaged Gensler to lead its workplace transformation and help the company consolidate staff from multiple locations into its new 500,000-square-foot world headquarters campus. As an integral part of the design and strategy process, the Brand Design team focused on embedding innovation, wellness and collaboration into multiple dimensions of the new campus design in an effort to update the company’s image and engage its employees. Additionally, the team led the design of a campus-wide wayfinding signage and communications program aimed at helping employees become familiar with the new campus and culture. Color, pattern and large-scale graphics all combine to form an open, fun and kinetic workplace that embodies Beckman Coulter’s history and culture.
