Gensler and SPP are continuing their longstanding partnership to deliver a dynamic, mixed-use addition with retail and much-needed parking to the district. With 675 parking spaces, 38,000 square feet of retail, and an active rooftop amenity experience, the mixed-use building serves as an extension of Water Street's public spaces, encouraging community interaction and outdoor activities. As part of Water Street Tampa — the first Gold-level WELL-Certified district in North America — the parking garage is designed to blend with the streetscape and will serve as a visual extension of the neighborhood’s central park. The 13-story building will address critical infrastructure needs for the neighborhood and enhances visitor engagement and experience.
