In a landmark consolidation, 900 employees from several buildings moved into a single tower on BMC Software’s Houston campus. The project strategically densified the workspace, while offering more amenities and collaboration space than ever before. Employees enjoy access to a multifunction conference center, focus rooms, phone rooms, team work areas, link spaces, executive floor, network operations center, mail room, and IT help desk. Each floor features a “disruptive element” — a centralized employee amenity area to encourage interaction and wellbeing. To support employees, the design team created an equally transformative change management program and developed a compelling narrative to prepare employees to thrive in their new work environment.
