The design features 'neighborhoods' with diverse workspaces—  meeting rooms, collaboration areas, focus desks, and amenities like work cafés, calm rooms, and mother’s rooms. Each floor reflects a natural element — earth, water, or air— connected by an internal staircase resembling a tree. The lower floor serves as an innovation hub for collaboration.
