For its relocation, biopharmaceutical firm Bristol Myers Squibb sought to transform its work culture. Through interior design and change management services, Gensler created an office embodying BMS’ core value, 'Innovation with Heart.'

The design features 'neighborhoods' with diverse workspaces—  meeting rooms, collaboration areas, focus desks, and amenities like work cafés, calm rooms, and mother’s rooms. Each floor reflects a natural element — earth, water, or air— connected by an internal staircase resembling a tree. The lower floor serves as an innovation hub for collaboration. Gensler also developed a user guidebook and video to help employees navigate the transition to .
