Providing new life to the historic Golden Gate Casino, Gensler designed warm lighting and hand crafted finishes appropriate for the property that opened in 1906. The casino expansion and renovation included the addition of VIP gaming areas, lighting upgrades, and displays of historic memorabilia. Our interior design team curated the experience by blending contemporary fixtures and furnishings with traditional details to reinvigorate the Golden Gate’s vintage vibe. The guest arrival was also updated with a new porte cochere and lobby. Complementing the gaming with premium suites in a boutique hotel tower addition, Gensler reinvented this Las Vegas icon.
