Hyatt Regency Times Square

New York, New York

Gensler reimagined a 795-key legacy property as Hyatt Regency Times Square, marrying Midtown’s energy with a refined residential calm. Guests arrive through a luminous porte-cochere lined with programmable LED fins, then enter a two-story lobby where stone-clad columns, bronze screens, and a grid of marquee-inspired discs shape flexible zones for dining, working, and socializing. A full-service fitness center on the 15th floor completes the wellness offering. The guestrooms create an elevated “home away from home” environment, featuring oversized windows, channel tufted headboards, marble accents, and rust-toned seating with integrated millwork providing storage and workspace.

Located at 1605 Broadway, steps from Broadway and Midtown’s office core, the hotel delivers a modern, business-forward hospitality experience rooted in the spirit of Times Square. Hyatt Regency Times Square’s repositioning has been covered in Hospitality Net, Hotel Business, Travel Agent Central, and The Points Guy.
