Nissan North America commissioned Gensler to provide rollout services to each of its 1,100 dealers over the course of three years. Designed by Lippincott Mercer, Nissan’s new retail branded environment provided a conceptual facility design that corresponded with the U.S. market while supporting its new, consistent global image. Working closely with each dealership, Gensler provided customized rollout services and design solutions in response to their specific customer touchpoints and existing conditions. Building upon the processes and tools developed by the North American team, other Gensler teams went on to provide consultation services to Nissan dealers worldwide.
