An innovative 20,000-seat soccer stadium design concept supports Raleigh's case for becoming the new home for North Carolina Football Club in their bid to move to the MLS. With 12 different U.S. cities bidding for the new MLS franchise, Raleigh proves to be an attractive destination with its large youth soccer community and love for the sport. Various Gensler offices collaborated with team ownership and real estate developers to create a stadium concept design that meets FIFA requirements and promotes Raleigh as a worthy home for the next MLS team.
