Portafolio Inmobiliario: Brand Design

Looking to project their trajectory and experience in development and the transformation of cities, Portafolio Inmobiliario, one of the largest investment groups in Costa Rica and the region, enlisted Gensler to redesign their brand and visual identity. Hinting at the previous logo’s framework, the new identity’s design reinforces the brand’s essence and values, communicating security, commitment, and quality. The juxtaposition of geometric forms and accents of color combine to form the new visual identity, incorporating elements such as an ascending arrow insinuating the group’s future vision and continuing growth, as well the application of these components and parts as a visual language across their varied brand and collateral materials.
