Prologis

Denver, Colorado

After a significant relocation, Prologis seized the opportunity to rethink everything about its workplace — with the goal of creating a modern environment that would break down silos and bring people together. The company wanted the atmosphere to be casual and contextual to Denver, while leaving a lasting impression that conveyed its “global, world-class, and cool” ethos in a space that celebrates Prologis’ people and business. Spanning across two large floor plates, the design created a 100% open, connected workspace without becoming a “sea of cubicles.” Vertical connection and community spaces fostered a new horizontal cultural shift. A minimal palette boldly reimagined materials and elements from their warehouses, resulting in a sophisticated and functional design that connects to the core of Prologis’ business.
