The Hub RiNo Station I

Denver, Colorado

Located at the 38th and Blake commuter rail stop on the A Line, The Hub is the first major speculative office building and transit-oriented development to anchor the flourishing RiNo neighborhood. Driven by its unique location in the arts-centric district just outside of downtown Denver and along the rail line, The Hub’s design embodies the emerging principles of creative office space through large floorplates, outdoor terraces, and shared amenities. The design team leveraged the gritty texture of RiNo to create architecture that is self-advertising in its aesthetic for rail travelers, car commuters, pedestrians, and bikers. The Hub is the first LEED Gold-Certified Core and Shell Building in Colorado under LEED V4.
