In relocating its Risk Management Group, Turner Construction seized the opportunity to celebrate both construction and the company’s rich history. The versatile workspace allows employees and clients to understand what the company does, by revealing elements of the construction process through design features, including exposed ceilings and an illuminated hallway storyboard. A freestanding pantry area is flanked by conference rooms fronted by rollup doors that, when opened, create a large gathering area fit for high-end functions. Airy and naturally lit, the space has boosted morale and increased productivity. LEED Gold certified, the office also incorporates efficient energy usage and carefully selected materials.
