“The New Two” is the client’s moniker for the reinvention of this Philadelphia icon. Working with Gensler, Coretrust Capital Partners aims to redefine the tenant experience from the street to the suite. The remaking of this 58-story skyscraper at 1601 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia will bring vitality to this Center City landmark through targeted renovations and upgrades, including a transformation of the street presence and entry experience. The third floor will include new conference and dining experiences and the fourth floor will offer revitalized fitness and shared tenant corridors. The remaining tenant floors will have refreshed multi-tenant spaces, lobbies, elevators, common corridors and restrooms.
