WRAL

Raleigh, North Carolina

An influential voice in the Raleigh community since the 1930s, Capitol Broadcasting Company continues to lead the national media industry in adapting news coverage to incorporate the latest technological advancements. As its voice evolved in the face of new technologies, its original 1956 home needed to evolve, too. The CBC campus houses, among other groups, broadcast studios for television stations WRAL and Fox 50. The design creates a bright and inviting environment by harmonizing multiple architectural styles and eras of technology.
