What We Did
We studied the current practice of change management and identified a gap in its effectiveness: to enact sustained behavior change through experiential learning. After exploring three different mixed reality models to activate change, we focused on ambient signals. We user tested motion graphic projections that use ambient signals to “nudge,” or subconsciously influence, those who interact with them
