Alana is Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Miami office where she partners with Dawn Gunter to oversee client relationships, talent development and mentorship, and business operations. A Miami native with experience across the United States, Alana brings both a fresh perspective and deep connections to her local community. Her work embodies a commitment to revealing the soul of every space, designing well-crafted spaces that shape memorable experiences and drive lasting business impact.

With nearly two decades of experience, Alana brings a powerful blend of strategic insight and creative curiosity for clients in the hospitality and residential sectors.
