Above the vibrant bustle of the Wynwood neighborhood, Gensler designed a workspace that invites employees to retreat, reflect, and create. The new office design began with a question: How do we do our best work? Gensler Miami identified its new purpose — to move at the speed of its users — and built its new home based on a new conception of how the workday can flow differently for our people. The work environment is designed to flex and pivot based on the task at hand and prioritizes equity by supporting hybrid workers as they toggle between physical and virtual work modes. Located at 545wyn, the Gensler Miami office is a living lab for the future design of the corporate workplace in a COVID world.
