Anastasia is an experienced design manager based in Gensler’s Kansas City office who guides large, complex projects with clarity and precision. She excels at uniting diverse voices, building consensus, and keeping teams aligned on a shared vision. Specializing in renovation and modernization, Anastasia helps clients navigate existing conditions to achieve transformative outcomes. Her success is built on responsiveness, open communication, and translating complex requirements into clear technical direction.
Anastasia’s expertise spans all phases of the design process and practice areas, with a concentration in higher education, life sciences, commercial office buildings, and sports. What drives her is helping clients realize their goals while setting the stage for long-term success through collaboration, transparency, and thoughtful coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University, is a graduate of the Kansas City Chamber’s Centurion Leadership Program, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City.
