As a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s San Francisco office, Brad helps shape the future of the firm’s Aviation practice area through design-build innovation. With more than 20 years of experience, he is adept at managing large-scale, multi-phase projects and integrating stakeholder engagement with design. Brad serves as the Northwest Regional Aviation Leader and an account leader for San Francisco International Airport (SFO), currently overseeing the architectural design team on the $2.5 billion Terminal 3 West modernization and previously the award-winning Harvey Milk Terminal 1. An active Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) member and frequent speaker at industry events, he is committed to elevating new voices, shaping professional standards, and optimizing integrated teams to deliver the next generation of design-build projects. Brad holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Minnesota.
