Carolina is a Strategy Director at Gensler Seattle, where she leads workplace strategy and design for some of the world’s most influential organizations. With a career spanning four continents, she brings a global perspective and human-centered approach to aligning space with culture, business, and purpose. Her background in architecture and urban design, along with early work in social impact and cultural infrastructure, continues to shape her practice. Carolina’s portfolio includes award-winning work for clients such as Nike, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and NCR, as well as purpose-driven projects for nonprofits like Plywood and creative agencies like Instrument. She is a firmwide leader within Gensler’s Global Inclusion Committee and serves on the Board of Trustees at Seattle’s Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI). A recipient of multiple research grants, Carolina is known for her systems thinking, civic engagement, and ability to translate complex needs into inclusive, visionary outcomes.
