Doug Schuette, AIA

Doug is a Lifestyle Studio Co-Director in Gensler’s Atlanta office and Hospitality Leader for Gensler’s Southeast region. He leads business development and focuses on large, complex development projects to deliver holistic design solutions that meet both the budget and schedule goals. Doug has experience working on mixed-use developments in urban sites, bridging typologies including residential, hospitality, commercial office, retail, and parking projects. Doug partners with his clients and guides all aspects of a project, from design, technical, leadership, project proforma metrics, and speed to market; bringing his clients’ vision to reality.
