Cocoa Beach Westin

Cocoa Beach, Florida

Driftwood Capital is seizing an opportunity to build a new four-star resort in Cocoa Beach, Florida as restrictions on development have loosed after many years. With an aesthetic that draws cues from the local NASA space program as well as the area’s surf and beach culture, the design of this resort and conference center features sleek lines and curvilinear design language throughout. Extending across the highway-facing side’s envelopes to the beach-facing side and pool courtyard, this language becomes more granular in order to respond to sand and surfboard design shapes. A mix of warm tones and textures enhance and invite moments of relaxation — not only for the resort’s guests, but also for the residents of Cocoa Beach.
