Heidi is a leader in Gensler’s Education practice and a Studio Director in the Los Angeles office. She is deeply committed to ensuring that education projects advance equity and inclusion, support student success, and incorporate sustainable design principles. Heidi has led projects for the California State University system, community colleges, private colleges, and K-12 Schools. She brings a hands-on, collaborative approach, guiding projects from early programming through design and delivery, including extensive Design-Build experience. A distinguished voice in the industry, Heidi regularly presents at conferences, sharing insights and engaging with the latest in educational design.
