Jennifer Liu, LEED® AP

Jennifer is a Principal and Co-Regional Managing Director of Gensler’s Greater China region. A registered architect with over 30 years of industry experience, Jennifer is renowned for her leadership on a wide range of projects including tall buildings, mixed-use developments, and critical facilities, she is deeply committed to fostering and empowering multidisciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds. For over a decade, Jennifer has been a dedicated leader in growing Gensler’s Tall Building practice in Greater China. Her extensive portfolio includes award-winning projects like the Xiamen Shimao Strait Towers, Shenzhen Qianhai Financial Center, and Highsun Group Fuzhou Headquarters. Her dynamic personality, her passion for innovation and collaboration, and her comprehensive expertise will continue to guide and inspire teams across our Greater China region and beyond. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Industrial & Civil Building Design as well as a Master of Engineering in Architectural Design from the Wuhan University of Science and Technology. She also holds a Master of Architecture from McGill University.
