A Design Manager in Gensler’s Los Angeles office, Kai leads music and entertainment projects with a focus on delivering functional, effective, and innovative venues. His projects work to create entertainment destinations that deliver engaging and memorable fan experiences.
Kai’s diverse project experience ranges in scale from guest and artist experience design, multi-functional event and meeting facilities, large scale amphitheaters, arenas, stadiums, and multi-venue entertainment districts. He believes that enduring design comes from a collaborative partnership with clients and stakeholders. As a project manager, Kai drives the success of the project by supporting clients through investigation of their project drivers and objectives. A member of AIA and NCARB, Kai also works closely with the Gensler Research Institute and industry leading clients to evolve the future of event venues.
