As a Studio Director in Gensler’s Birmingham office, Karolina provides strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship across the studio. Drawing on extensive experience across diverse practice areas, project types, and geographies, Karolina excels at navigating evolving needs and challenging project conditions. More recently, Karolina has focused on leading data centre projects throughout the European region. She collaborates effectively with clients, multidisciplinary design teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are coordinated, technically sound, and fully resourced.
